The staff was super friendly - Martin especially. Charming hotel! We were on the main level. Room was large and contained proper amenities. This included a small fridge, hot water kettle with an assortment of teas and instant coffee, a desk, queen bed and one chair for relaxing. I was also happy that we had a private, outdoor patio area with bistro table and chairs, though the mornings were too chilly to enjoy it. The hotel itself was classy but a little dated. The location couldn't be better! Close enough to the excitement but far enough to not be bothered with the noise. Also, access to the Planty was just across the street. This is a beautiful central park that goes around the Old Town and is enjoyed by many. Hote isl very close to all the sites you need to see including Wawel Castle and grounds, the Square, restaurants, churches and museums. Parking was adjacent to the hotel and low cost with easy in and out privileges.

An exceptionally cozy place in what feels a well-kept XIX c. manor in the middle of Krakow, pretty close to both the Old Town and the Glowny Station. The hotel has pleasant antique atmosphere while otherwise it's fully modern, clean and comfy. The breakfast had a generous choice of dishes, everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive, either helping us get our luggage up to the second floor, letting us leave it till the evening or helping get the appointment with a local vet via landline. Speaking of which, the hotel is pet-friendly and our cat enjoyed our stay enormously, relaxing in the mellow atmosphere of the place. Guess he liked it the most during our long journey. We wished we could stay longer, but the hotel was fully booked for the next days, so we bid farewell to this beautiful place till the next time C:

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once more were very pleased with the service and accomodation, had a nice selection for breakfast if you are looking for something different from a fried breakfast, Had plenty of yoghurt, meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and pastries. Stayed on ground floor and room (3) had a tiny terrace with small table and 2 chairs. Room was quite large with antique funiture and beautiful parquet flooring. Bathroom was quite large as well, with shower over bath. Location was within 5 mins walk from Castle and river and 10 min through park opposite to Main Square.

My single room (#11) was very small, however the bathroom was large and lovely. The windows were high so that i could not see the ground below, however there was a beautiful tree outside that i was able see. Very good location, walking distance to everything of interest, quiet. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was the same everyday--a good selection of breads, yogurt, juice, fruit, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, tomatoes/vegetables, plus lots of choices of coffee and tea.
